Our primary role is to help you integrate the mortgage loan that best meets your needs into your overall long and short term financial/investment goals, while also meeting your payment and equity objectives. I'll help you manage your mortgage loan on an on going basis and watch market conditions for you so that you don't ever have to worry or wonder if you should consider refinancing your loan.

In addition to building a successful mortgage practice, Lori loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. Spending time with them is a top priority and where you'll find her when she's not helping clients.

Jayne began her career in Mortgage Banking in 1984. Her depth of experience in the many facets of mortgages allows her to be a great resource to our clients and the processes of home financing.

Jayne graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration. Her interests in business law and a natural talent with numbers led her to the mortgage industry. Her experience includes underwriting, quality control, processing and originating mortgages. Jayne enjoys the opportunity of working with the intricate details of our business and making the process easy for our clients. She puts clients first and aims to ensure they are not only well informed, but well taken care of before, during and after closing. Clients who work with Jayne know they're well prepared for their financial future as a result of her great coaching and leadership.

Jayne is currently the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals. Her volunteer efforts with this association for the past 3 years includes education and government affairs. Her efforts are aimed at improving and educating our mortgage professional community with emphasis on consumer protection.

Jayne's family is the most important part of her life. She and her family volunteer regularly through a program that feeds the homeless. She loves to travel and find new adventures in fine dining.

Kelly Lassen is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Finance. In 1998, she began her mortgage career and has excelled in several facets in the industry that make her an incredible asset to our team.

Kelly is Lori's Production Assistant and Sr. Loan Processor. In this role, as a licensed originator, she will be able to assist our clients from beginning to end as they complete the loan process. Kelly is a seasoned loan professional, and has developed a stellar reputation for making the loan process smooth for her clients over the years. She has an in depth knowledge of the process and works hard to ensure our clients have a thorough understanding of the process, and that they are well taken care of from day one.

As a Colorado native, she has been lucky to have such an amazing network of family and friends. Kelly has a brother, who resides in Seattle, WA and they remain the best of friends. Some of Kelly's favorite past times include golfing with friends, traveling, and dining with her GNO (Girls Night Out) girls.

Katie H. Lawrence is originally from Northern, Virginia. She graduated from Marymount University with a B.A. degree in Psychology in 1997. In 1998 Katie followed her family to Denver, Colorado. She has been in the mortgage industry for 12 years and is well known for going the extra mile to serve clients in an extraordinary way. She recently graduated from Regis University with an MBA in Marketing.

Katie is Lori's Marketing/Processing Assistant. She really enjoys working with people and helping them answer any questions or solve any problems they may have.

In addition to working with Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, Katie volunteers for Veteran Tickets Foundation, a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that "gives back to those that gave". They team up with major sports teams, leagues, promoters, organizations, venues and everyday ticket holders to provide free and discounted tickets to more than 26 million Veterans and Active Duty Military in the United States as a way of saying "thank you".

Katie is a newly-wed with two dogs (Jack Russell Terrier & Dalmation) that keep her on her toes. She enjoys working out in her spare time. During the football season, she is either watching her favorite NFL team (The Washington Redskins) or college football!

Kim Kosick is originally from Southern, CA and moved to Colorado when she was 16 years old. She started her career in the mortgage banking industry in 1982 and now holds 30 years of expertise in her field. She has been in many facets of the business including working as an Escrow Officer for three years.

Mortgage lending is Kim's passion and she is a seasoned residential loan closer. Kim will be present at your closing to help explain (in lively yet layman's terms) the closing documents and answer any questions that you may have. Kim is well known for her attention to detail and her passion for taking the mystery out of the closing process.

She is an avid skier, cyclist and mountain bike enthusiast and loves to spend time with her family in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
